Pazarenje.com is a free online classifieds platform that allows users to post, browse, and communicate about products and services in Macedonia.
3. Registration and Account
To post listings, registration with a valid email is required. You are responsible for the security of your password and all activity under your account. Users must be at least 16 years old.
4. Prohibited Content
- False, deceptive, or illegal listings
- Sale of prohibited substances, weapons, or stolen goods
- Offensive, racist, or discriminatory content
- Copyright or intellectual property violations
- Spam, automated, or duplicate listings
5. Moderation and Removal
Pazarenje.com reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any account without prior notice if these terms or legal regulations are violated.
6. Liability
Pazarenje.com serves only as a platform and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of advertised items.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Skopje.
